DELIVERY AREAS:

We offer delivery services within Qatar, covering all major cities and regions.

We do not offer shipping outside Qatar.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Option A (One Day Delivery):

• We charge only QAR 5 in most of Doha areas for orders above QAR 100. For all others, you will be charged according to your location as defined on the map.

Once you place your order, we will share the tracking information to follow up and track your order with our delivery team.

DELIVERY PROCESS:

Our delivery team will contact you to confirm the delivery time and location. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified address. If no one is available, our team will attempt delivery again the next business day or cancelled in case of no response.

NOTICE: Please check your order upon receipt and prior to pay and/or open and/or unseal it!

DELIVERY ISSUES:

If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., delays, incorrect or missing items), please contact our customer service immediately.

We will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
