General Policy:
Customers may return any unopened and/or sealed merchandise within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Opened or unsealed merchandise cannot be returned and/or refunded unless it is defective or damaged.
For defective and/or damaged merchandise, please visit our store within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.
No exchange or refund claims shall be entertained after 48 hours of purchase.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid sales receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Refund Methods:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
Cash refunds will be given for cash purchases.
Liability of Return and/or Exchange
Customers are responsible for the cost of delivery & pick-up in case of return and/or exchange due to reasons we have no liability for.
In case of wrong merchandise delivery, please contact us and we will exchange it and deliver with no extra cost.
